Easily Typed

The web address must be included in the member’s Annual Benefit Statement.  The web address should be appropriately titled and must be easily typed into a web browser.

Accessible

The information should take into account the needs of disabled people.  For example, the text should be available to screen reading software, the page should have adequate contrast and have the ability to zoom to make text larger.  The recognised standard is WCAG 2.0 (Web Content Accessiblity Guidelines).
